HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERIN

Today is my sister in law, Erin's Birthday. Everytime I see her, I am amazed that my little brother Rueben, convinced this beauty to marry him. And the icing on the cake: his kids, my neices and nephew ~ are some of the cutest kids I've ever seen.

A Special Shout Out

In my mind, I still have babies. The reality of it is ..... I don't. Kristian is eight years old and in the 2nd grade. His class consists of a 2nd/3rd grade split and he has an agenda all of his own. Usually involving a sport of some kind. This will have been the first winter we decided not to participate in basketball {sorry buddy but the NBA just isn't in the cards for us.} He has narrowed down his favorites to baseball, soccer and football ... definately keeps the entire family busy during the athletic seasons but we don't mind it a bit ~ some of our favorite outings are to his sporting events.
